Information we collect

Account details. When you create an account we store your email address, name, and password. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your basic account details with us to create your account.

Your jobs and photos. When you upload a photo of a building plan, it is stored so you can reopen the job later. The wall measurements, stack layouts, and settings you enter are saved with each job.

Your preferences. The brick and block lengths, prices, and other defaults you set in the app are saved to your account.

Subscription status. If you subscribe to Pro, we record your subscription status. Your payment card details are never seen or stored by us; they are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment provider.

Beta testing. If you volunteer for the Android beta programme, we store the email address you submit so we can invite you and track your access.

Basic usage information. We keep technical records such as whether you last signed in on the website or the Android app, and basic usage analytics, to keep the service running and improve it.

How your plan photos are analysed

When you ask the app to detect walls, the photo you upload is processed by an AI vision service to read the wall lengths from the plan. The photo is only used to produce the measurements for your job.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To save your jobs, plan photos, and calculations so you can return to them.
• To manage your Pro subscription and its renewal.
• To invite Android beta testers and grant test access.
• To provide support and improve the app.

Who your information is shared with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services Brick Stacker runs on:

• Base44, our hosting and app platform, which stores your account, jobs, and photos.
• Stripe, our payment provider, which processes Pro subscription payments.
• Google, when you choose to sign in with Google or join the Android beta programme.
• The AI vision service that reads wall lengths from plan photos you upload.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so.

Data retention and your rights

Your account and job data are kept while your account is active. You can delete individual jobs at any time, and you can delete your entire account and its data from the Settings page at any time. If you would like a copy of your data, or want something corrected or removed, contact us through the Contact page and we will help.

Children

Brick Stacker is a professional trade tool intended for adults working in construction. It is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page with a new effective date.
